Whitchurch 2-0 Cambridge University

Whitchurch moved into the top six of the Slazenger EHL South with a well-deserved 2-0 win against visitors Cambridge University on 9th March. 

Whitchurch opened well, threatening the Cambridge goal with quick incisive passing, but the students, desperate for points to move away from the relegation zone, weathered the storm and worked hard defensively to contain the home attack. 

Whitchurch 0-2 Sevenoaks

With Sevenoaks riding high at the top of the table, this was always going to be a tough game for Whitchurch.  Though the fist fixture between these two was a close affair.

Whitchurch 6-1 Ipswich

A weakend Ipswich side made the long trip West to Cardiff for this “early” EHL game.  Ipswich had lost some squad players to the national U18s competition and were restricted to a bare 11.
