Can all club members please collect their, and others, Tesco vouchers between 2nd March and 7th June this year?  We have turned these into valuable training kit in previous years so the more we collect between us the more kit seniors and youth stand to be able to use. Please staple your vouchers into sets of 10 and get them to Bob Fleck by 10th June very latest.

Thanks to recent bulk donations from Bob Fleck, Mark Eggar and Roger Harris - we have so far raised in excess of £600 and contributed towards sending reconditioned phones out to the Third World. Thanks very much for the contributions so far, but we need more.

Those of you that work for sizeable organisations, I would ask you to contact the department responsible for providing work phones - they are likely to be very interested in you taking the old phones off their hands as the new WEEE directive means they must recycle them.

What happens to your old phone when you get an upgrade?  Don't stick it in the back of the drawer, or worse still throw it in the bin.  The Club can give your phone a new lease of life by having it reconditioned and sent out for use in the developing world.  We can also get a fe quid for each handset too, regardless of age or condition.  You don't even need the chargers!

Just give your phone (with battery) to either Jaime Hindle, Bob Fleck or Mark Eggar and we will do the rest.  The last submission of phones raised £166.00 for Club funds.

You can make all your usual online purchases through the Whitchurch HC Shop, enjoy just the same prices but the big difference is the Club gets a commission for delivering your custom.
