Result: Whitchurch F 3-2-Bridgend B

Another victory for the development team. After a long build up the sevens started very slowly, but managed to take the lead through Gethin Owen. We continued make chances but could not convert. Bridgend scored from there only attack of the half. After a rollicking from Bob Fleck at half time the sevens started much better in the second half. Dave Hunt converted a penalty corner and whitchurch had a dominant ten minute spell. However, Bridgend equalised from there only d penetration of the second half. A flowing move down the right ended with OPL sweeping the ball into the net.
Whitchurch comfortably closed out the last five minutes, to remain top of the table.
