In the third game of the triangular Whitchurch ran out 4-3 winners - another game with brands with plenty of goals seems to be a habit.

Having just beaten Cardiff 5-1, Firebrands started the brighter and were 2-3 up at half time.  Whitchurch conceded sloppy goals again and looked somewhat tired in the early stages of the game.  However, as the half progressed Whitchurch started to play some decent hockey and looked dangerous when in attack.  In the second half brands stepped up their game again and played some good hockey in patches with good attacking play.

However, it was Whitchurch who had the last word, with Jamie Westerman scoring all four goals for the  home side to come from behind.

Next weekend will be a sterner test again at Birmingham Uni and Bournville - in Birminham.
