Subscriptions for 2007-08
The members of Whitchurch HC & Whitchurch Saints are the lifeblood of the Club - we welcome new members of all ages and capabilities. 2007-08 season This season's annual subs have been increased slightly (as approved at the AGM) to account for the increasing costs that the Club will face this year - notably having to pay for training at Whitchurch High School, which was previously free as part of the overall ATP agreement. Furthermore, we have managed to negotiate comprehensive personal injury insurance as part of the package.

Payments for the club can be made either in full, by Standing Order (forms available from your captains) or by post dated cheques (4 cheques of equal amounts starting October 07). If you have any problems with payment please contact me via email (treasurer@whitchurch-hc.com) or on 07816 766546.
If you have either not paid or not contacted me by 31st October 2007, your fee will automatically be the full rate without exception. If you have not paid the full amount by 31st December 2007, you will not be allowed to play, until payment has been received.

Membership fees now due - please complete this form and bring along with your cheque/cash to training next Weds or return this form via e-mail and just bring your cheque/cash to training.
Please note league matches start on 29 September - if you have not paid you will not be affiliated to play matches.
Also match fees need to be paid at the end of each match - please DO NOT forget - this is the start of the season and so far captains/managers are chasing people every week for their match fees. Any U18 players playing in senior matches must ALSO pay match fees - bring the money with you to matches - I forgot is not a good reason!!

We are always looking for new members of any standard - we run eight teams plus a youth section for all age ranges, so there should be a level for you!
New members are more than welcome to attend training at Whitchurch High School on Tuesday evenings from the beginning of September to the end of March (see Training section of website). Please make yourself known to one of the coaches taking the sessions who can discuss the appropriate level of team to play for, and take some details. There is a new members form which we would be grateful if you could complete and bring to the session (see attachment link below).
Alternatively, please complete it afterwards and email or send it to the Club Secretary, Julian Halton. We will then ensure the Playing Committee is notified and finally we'll send you the necessary details for paying annual subscriptions (see details above).

If Paying by Direct Debit

For those of wishing to pay your annual subs by 5 monthly instalments and with the widespread use of internet banking, it would be far easier for everyone concerned if you as an individual set up the standing order directly with your bank.
The payments would start in October and run for 5 months through to February (inclusive). The amount would be £24/mth for Seniors and £12/mth juniors.
If you wish to set this up and spread the financial burden over several months, then if you reply to this email and I will give you the bank details for you to set up the Standing Order.
Remember if you haven’t paid by 31st October 2007, your fees will increase to the full amount.
