On Sunday 20th July, Cancer Research's Race for Life events came to Cardiff and the Club were involved in the Hockey Wales promotion of hockey in the local area.

A big thank you to all the volunteers, too numerous to mention, for their efforts on the day in promoting our September "Back2Hockey" event, engaging with the children on the hockey obstacle course and supporting with the inflatable pitch.

Also thanks to the WHC ladies who participated in the 5K and Pretty Muddy events in the sweltering heat and raised much needed money for Cancer Research!
