Ladies and Gentlemen,

I hope you have been enjoying the first half of the season! Unfortunately it will be coming to an end soon, but we do get a lovely Christmas break. Hope you are all looking forward to a deserved rest and copious amounts of food. I imagine we will be in much need of Kier's fitness sessions post holiday!

Below we have some social events lined up and IMPORTANT dates regarding training.

SAINTS Xmas Dinner (Ladies only & Coaches)

Weds 10th December

Chapter Arts Centre, Canton, CF5 1QE

Ladies! Come along and join your teammates for a lovely evening of fun, food and festivities. Prize for best Christmas headpiece! Christmas jumpers welcome! We are trying a new venue out this year. Menu choices and £5 deposit by Wed 26th November. Please give to Kat Hunter or your social reps in each team. All ages welcome.
