Ladies Preseason/Training 2015-16

Attached is the training schedule for the season, which will start officially on Monday 3rd August for the 1s, 2s and GKs and on Wednesday 5th August for all teams.

WSLHC Training Schedule

Here are some minor changes that you need to be aware of:

1. Affiliation fee of £30 now required upfront during preseason, which will be taken off annual subs. This is to ensure we are able to cover the costs of insurance and pitch hire
2. 3s will now train with the 1s & 2s on Wednesdays, to allow for some under 15s the opportunity to train with seniors

Please ensure that you in plenty of time to kit up & warm up so everyone is ready to go and we’re not wasting our training time.

Reminders

Before the official start of the season summer mixed hockey continues on Saturdays at WHS, 10:30-11:30am and summer preseason fitness with Kier Olsen on Mondays at Pontcanna Fields, 7:15pm. All members, old or new, youth or vet are welcome to these sessions. Mixed hockey costs £3 and fitness costs £3.50.

Finally, Dont forget to SAVE THE DATE for Saturday 5th September. WHC will be hosting the annual CLUB DAY. Details will follow once they have been confirmed, but the format will likely include mixed hockey, youth hockey, BBQ and a chance to meet both new and old members of the club.
