Training Update

Now that we are in September please see below the updated training times for the club.

Men: Tuesday @ 7pm - 9pm at WHS (address as below) all welcome; new & existing *

Training split:
•7:00-8:00pm > 3s - 7s squad members
•8:00-9:00pm > Performance squad

Thursday @ 9:00pm - 10:30pm at WIS (address as below) Performance Squad.

Ladies:

Monday @ 7:00pm - 9:00pm at WIS (address as below) Full club training, all welcome; new & existing

Training split:
•7:00-8:00pm > 3, 4 & 5 squad members
•8:00-9:00pm > 1, 2 squad members

Wednesday @ WHS and WIS (addresses as below) Full club training, all welcome; new & existing *

Training split:
•7:00-8:00pm @ WHS > 4s & 5s squad members
•8:00-9:00pm @ WIS, National Hockey Centre > 1s, 2s & 3s squad members
