Cardiff Devils v Manchester Storm - Sunday 5th February 2017

This was a huge success as the first 'field' meets 'ice' hockey event. 

WHC took 137 Youth & Senior members along to this fixture, which met expectations as being a fiesty nail biting game.  There was a mixture of seasoned "Devils fans" & complete newbies to Ice Hockey within the WHC crowd & all had an equality great time.

Following the final whistle some of the Cardiff Devils players came to meet our spectators which completed the night for many excited youngsters.

Liv Laxton & Amy Brook presented the Man of the Match trophies to the respective players from Cardiff Devils & Manchester Storm.

To round up what had already been a hugely successful evening, post event Mark Eggar - Club Chairman received an email from Cardiff Devils Commercial Director "I would also like to pass on the great comments I received from the safety steward and several fans located around block 13 who have praised the group you had with you for the way all of the children etc conducted themselves throughout the game.  They all really were a great credit to your club."
