WHC OLSEN FITNESS SESSIONS
While the season is pretty much over there is still opportunity to brush up on your fitness by taking advantage of our complimentary fitness sessions.
Run by award winning Kier Olsen at Olsen Fitness, there will be one fitness session per week starting Wednesday 5th April (until end of May/early June).
24 places will be available for all members playing senior hockey to book. Kier will also offer free consultation sessions for any who wishes to discuss any fitness, health or nutritional goals.
Sessions will be every WEDNESDAY, 7-8 pm at Pontcanna Fields (fields closest to National Hockey Centre/Swalec Stadium), are completely voluntary, and are provided at no extra cost to members. The sessions are suitable for all fitness levels, fun and Kier is very motivating!!
12 places will be available for the men's side of the club, and 12 will be available for the ladies.
How to book:
1. Sign up to www.meetup.com, or download the MeetUp app and search for Whitchurch Hockey Fitness.
2. Book onto the ladies or men's session that you want to attend. Please note: Sessions will only be open 6 days in advance of the date to avoid block booking.
First come, first served, but there will be a reserve list should anyone need to cancel their place. Non-attendees that do not cancel will not be permitted to book onto the following session.
