Back by popular demand is Youth Summer Hockey for 2017.
10th, 17th, 24th, 31st May
U9s and U11s between 5-6pm
U13s and U15s between 6-7pm
Please note these will be mixed gender sessions
These sessions will be run with less formality to the normal training but offer our existing Youth members a chance to keep hockey going during the summer months & also potential new members the opportunity to give the sport a go, please share details of this training with any friends or family who may not yet have the 'hockey bug'.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes before the session start time to make yourself/your child known to the coach, providing a contact telephone number for emergencies. All players must wear appropriate protective equipment for all sessions including Mouth Guard & Shin Pads.
A fee of £10 is payable by new members for these sessions, regardless of the number of sessions actually attended; turn up once it’s £10, turn up to 8 sessions it’s £10. The fee is collected at the first session and it can be Cash or Chq (made payable to Whitchurch H.C), the reason for this fee is to cover a player's Hockey Wales insurance for training with WHC. Should a new member wish to join WHC post the summer this fee will be deducted from your annual subscription payable in Sept 2017.
